Before completing an application for admission, please review the general and program-specific admissions criteria below to determine if Tasks Unlimited meets your needs.

Once You Have Applied…

The admissions office will contact you to schedule an intake interview and a tour of your program of interest.

Once both a completed application has been received and an intake interview has been scheduled and completed, the Admissions Committee will review your application to determine eligibility and our team will follow-up with you.

Some Tasks Unlimited training programs currently have waiting lists for admission. For more information on availability, please contact Ashia Harbor, Admissions Counselor, at: (612) 767-2060 or admissions@tasksunlimited.org.

Program-Specific Criteria

Tasks Unlimited Training Center Program (TUTC)

Persons interested in the Tasks Unlimited Training Center Program must also be in need of IRTS services deemed to be medically necessary as defined by MN Statutes (see below)

Transition Lodge & Tasks Lodges

  • 18 or older
  • Diagnosis of Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) or willing to complete a diagnostic assessment with one of our clinicians or external provider 
  • Hennepin or Dakota Resident (or approved out of county agreement)  
  • Without chemical use within the last 30 days  

Jobs Training Program

  • 18 or older
  • Diagnosis of Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) or willing to complete a diagnostic assessment with one of our clinicians or external provider
  • Current Hennepin or Dakota Resident (or approved out of county agreement)

Job Placement & Employment Retention Services

  • 18 or older  
  • Disability diagnosis 

Northeast Outreach & Opportunity Center (NOOC)

  • 18 or older
  • Currently homeless or unstably housed

Case Management

  • 18 or older  
  • Diagnosis of mental illness  
  • Hennepin, Dakota, or Ramsey County resident

ARMHS

  • 18 or older  
  • Diagnosis of Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) or willingness to be diagnosed by one of our clinicians or external provider 
  • Active insurance

Housing Stabilization Services

  • 18 or older 
  • Diagnosis of Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) or willing to complete a diagnostic assessment with one of our clinicians or external provider

Re-Applying (someone with previous program involvement)

  • Applicant must not have a balance owed for previous participation in Tasks
  • Applicant must understand that the new application will be treated as any other new application and applicant will be placed on the waiting list in date order
